AcreTerminal is a leasing and asset-management decision-support platform for companies that already occupy or are evaluating commercial space. It is not a real estate brokerage, a licensed property dealer, or a listings marketplace, and we do not push inventory. Every output is a calculation, shown with its inputs and confidence level.

AcreTerminal combines actual records, estimates and assumptions, each visually labelled throughout the product. Market-intelligence figures (fair rent ranges, benchmarks, comparables) reflect the data entered or imported at a point in time and carry an explicit confidence level based on how much verified evidence supports them. They are not a guarantee of achievable pricing, and are never presented as certain when they are not.

The Corporate Verdict, Lease Health Score, Property Suitability Score, Negotiation Opportunity Score, Document Risk Score and every other AcreTerminal algorithm are decision-support tools. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and they never guarantee savings, returns or a particular negotiation outcome. You remain responsible for your own leasing and investment decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Due-diligence status tracking and the Document Risk Score surface document and compliance risk based on the checklist status and severity your team records; they are not a legal opinion and do not constitute legal advice. Any material risk flag should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before a leasing decision is finalised.

The Portfolio Stress Test engine projects future occupancy cost using deterministic financial models — scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis and a seeded simulation — applied to your recorded lease terms. Every projection is a modelled estimate based on stated assumptions, not a forecast guarantee. Actual outcomes depend on real market conditions, negotiated terms and decisions not yet made, and can differ materially from any projection shown.

Pricing shown in a currency other than Indian Rupees (₹) is an indicative reference conversion for planning purposes only, not a live exchange-rate feed, and may not match the rate applied at the time of an actual charge. Billing is processed in Indian Rupees today.
